Mail Tab
Select your Account from the
list and click Properties |

In this example, you can replace
'CyberQ' with any descriptive name you wish to use. This is
helpful if you have multiple accounts configured.

Type in your name in the Name
field - this is the Name which will display on your emails

If you wish, type the name of your
Company in the Organization field

Specify your email address in the
E-mail
address field. Most customers should use yourname@cyberq.net.au
(where yourname = your Login ID prefix). This is the email address which will
appear on your emails. Domain Name customers, this should read yourname@yourdomain.com.au

Ensure the last Include this
account when receiving mail or synchronizing box is ticked.

| 4. Select the 'Servers' tab |

'My incoming mail server is
a' option must show POP3
All settings on this tab should mirror those on the
above image with the exception of your Account Name which
must match your full email address. |
